The request form opens your own WhatsApp or email app with the message pre-written, and also emails a copy of your request to our counter through a delivery service — the website itself keeps no database of what you type. If you give us your email address, we use it once to send you a confirmation of your request.
We use what you send to check stock and fitment, prepare your quote, reply to you, and arrange delivery. We keep the WhatsApp chat or email thread as a normal business record — it helps with warranty questions and repeat orders.
We don't sell or rent your details to anyone. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. And because there is no online checkout, we never see or store card or banking details through this website.
