Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Prices and availability can change with stock and exchange rates, so a quote is valid for 7 days unless we say otherwise. Nothing is ordered and nothing is payable until you confirm a quote.
There is no online checkout. Once you approve a quote, payment is by bank transfer — or cash on delivery where available. You never pay before you approve the price.
We supply brand-new genuine OEM and premium aftermarket parts, sealed in maker packaging. If an item is discontinued or only available as an alternative, we tell you before you order — we never substitute silently.
When you give us your chassis/VIN, we check fitment against it before dispatch. If we still supply the wrong part, we exchange it at our cost. If the vehicle details we were given turn out to be incorrect, we'll still help — but courier costs for the exchange may fall to you. Exchanged parts must be unused, unfitted and in their original sealed packaging, raised within 7 days of delivery.
We ship by tracked courier islandwide — Colombo typically within 24 hours, elsewhere usually 1–3 working days. These are good-faith estimates; courier delays outside our control can happen. Check the parcel on arrival and tell us about transit damage right away.
Where the manufacturer provides a warranty, it passes to you. Keep the invoice and packaging — warranty claims need both. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear items used normally or damage from incorrect fitting.
Parts should be fitted by a competent mechanic. We're not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or by continuing to drive with a known fault.
Toyota, Nissan, Honda and other brand names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe which vehicles our parts fit. We are an independent parts trader, not an authorised agent of any manufacturer.
